Introducing Toyota’s latest compact hatch, the brand-new Starlet. Designed to perform with a cheeky 1.5-litre engine, this hatchback is a combination of young city vibes and chich urban style.
The Starlet’s profile follows the classic hatchback silhouette, with Toyota insignia displayed on the front grille as well as two chrome headlamps and fog lamps. Its side profile features dramatic contours that evoke a sense of movement which continues in the interior design. With its stately wheel arches and sizable rear LED lamps, Toyota’s Starlet is a suave urban runner.
All Starlet variants include ABS, EBD, Brake Assist and Vehicle Stability Control fitted standard, with the automatic transmission variants including Hill Assist Control as well. The Xi and Xs models also include Driver and Passenger airbags and the Xr models feature Curtain and Side airbags as well. When it comes to security, all models include an anti-theft system with two ISOFIX points. Starlet’s feature USB, Bluetooth, MP3 & Aux functionality plus reverse camera monitoring, as well as the Toyota Connect telematics system featuring in-car Wi-Fi hotspot and 15Gb data.
